Patients at high risk of developing cavities, like children and teens, are good candidates for dental sealants. This treatment is quick and non-invasive, and once the sealant is applied, it can protect your teeth from harmful bacteria and help you avoid decay. During the procedure, Dr. Boals will “paint” a thin coat of sealant onto the chewing surfaces of your teeth. When it hardens, the sealant acts as a shield, giving you peace of mind knowing that your teeth are covered.
